The consultation
What happens
You send two or three daylight photos — front and both sides — and answer a few questions: how your skin feels an hour after washing, what you use now, whether anything stings, and whether you have ever used a lightening or steroid cream. We reply with what we can see, your scenario, and a Stage 1 routine written for you, with the quote.
What it costs
The consultation is free — photos, questions and where we would start. The written routine card with exact amounts and days comes with your Stage 1, and every 8–12-week review is free for as long as you are with us.
What we do not do
We do not diagnose, we do not promise perfect skin, and we do not sell ten products when four will do. Painful, cystic or fast-changing skin is referred to a dermatologist.
