Where every product comes from
We buy from licensed German retailers and online pharmacies — dm, Douglas, Shop Apotheke, DocMorris — the same shelves German customers buy from. Each order ships to Nairobi in small batches through a Kenyan parcel forwarder.
What we keep for every unit
The retailer receipt, the batch or lot number, and the expiry or period-after-opening. If you want to see the record for the bottle in your hand, ask on WhatsApp and we will send it.
What we will never sell
Hydroquinone, mercury or steroid 'lightening' creams — they are banned in Kenyan cosmetics and they damage melanin-rich skin. We also do not sell anything we would not use on our own faces.
How to spot a fake
The Ordinary Niacinamide at KSh 400 on a marketplace is not The Ordinary. Genuine skincare at real prices, from a seller who can show the receipt, is the only safe route.
