Delivery & payment
Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp and dispatched within 2 days of M-Pesa payment. We send by Uber or boda rider in Nairobi and by courier or bus parcel elsewhere. Delivery is paid by you, directly to the rider on arrival or to the courier — we quote the exact amount on WhatsApp before dispatch. The figures below are typical, from Karen.

Rider fees are what Uber Connect and boda riders typically charge for a small parcel from Karen; they move with time of day, rain and distance, and you pay the rider directly. Bus parcels (Easy Coach, ENA, Modern Coast) are collected at the bus office in your town; courier is door-to-door. We never mark up delivery.
Payment
M-Pesa Paybill 522522, account 1344290043 for the products. Delivery is paid separately by you to the rider or courier. Cash on pick-up by arrangement. Stages can be paid one at a time.
