Scenario B

Congestion / forehead bumps

Tiny bumps, blackheads, rough texture — not red or painful

Not sure? Take the finder
B

Is this you?

  • Tiny bumps on forehead or T-zone
  • Blackheads
  • Rough or uneven texture
  • Not painful, not red

The goal: Clear congestion gently; prevent it turning into Scenario A.

What to expect

  • Fewer new bumps: 4–6 weeks
  • Smoother texture: 6–8 weeks

How often: The exfoliating step starts every third night for two weeks, then every other night if there is no stinging. Never daily and never on the whole face.

Your routine, in shape

Three jobs. Nothing extra.

The exact products, amounts and days come on your routine card once we have seen your skin — two or three products at Stage 1, never ten.

Step 2Refine

A pore-supporting serum daily; a gentle exfoliating step added slowly

Step 3Protect

SPF50+ every morning

One stage at a time

How the programme unfolds

We sell routines in stages so you never pay for products your skin is not ready for. Stage 1 always includes sunscreen and the one treatment your skin needs first. Stage 2 comes only after your 7-day check-in. Exact products and the quote come on WhatsApp once we have seen your photos; delivery is paid separately to the rider or courier.

Day 0Stage 1

Sunscreen plus the one treatment your skin needs first — with a routine card and exact amounts.

Day 7Check-in

You send a photo and tell us how it feels. We adjust before anything is added.

Week 4–6Stage 2

One new step, only if your skin is ready.

Week 8–12Review

We compare photos side by side and decide together what comes next.

Please don't

  • No scrubs
  • No exfoliant on the whole face
  • No two actives on the same night

When to see a dermatologist

If the bumps become red and painful, it is Scenario A instead. If they persist after a proper course, we refer you to a dermatologist.

Ready when you are.

Send two or three daylight photos on WhatsApp. We reply with what we see, where we would start, and the quote — no obligation.

Routines follow published dermatology evidence for Fitzpatrick IV–VI skin and are reviewed by us regularly. This is cosmetic skincare, not medical treatment; painful, cystic or rapidly changing skin is referred to a dermatologist.
