- No active acne
- Mild discolouration
- Dull, tired-looking skin
- Often dehydrated or sun-exposed
The goal: Simplest, cheapest routine: hydrate, protect, even out. The entry scenario for a new customer.
What to expect
- Brighter, more even look: 4–6 weeks
- Keep going: SPF is what maintains it
How often: Daily. Any renewal step is added by us, at most two nights a week, and never together with anything else.
Three jobs. Nothing extra.
The exact products, amounts and days come on your routine card once we have seen your skin — two or three products at Stage 1, never ten.
Gentle, morning and evening
A tone-evening serum and a light day cream
SPF50+ every morning; a gentle renewal step at Stage 2
How the programme unfolds
We sell routines in stages so you never pay for products your skin is not ready for. Stage 1 always includes sunscreen and the one treatment your skin needs first. Stage 2 comes only after your 7-day check-in. Exact products and the quote come on WhatsApp once we have seen your photos; delivery is paid separately to the rider or courier.
Sunscreen plus the one treatment your skin needs first — with a routine card and exact amounts.
You send a photo and tell us how it feels. We adjust before anything is added.
One new step, only if your skin is ready.
We compare photos side by side and decide together what comes next.
Please don't
- No fading serums just for 'glow' — they are not needed here
- No stacking of acids
When to see a dermatologist
If marks or patches appear, it is a different scenario (C or D) — take the finder again or send us photos.
Ready when you are.
Send two or three daylight photos on WhatsApp. We reply with what we see, where we would start, and the quote — no obligation.
Send my photosRoutines follow published dermatology evidence for Fitzpatrick IV–VI skin and are reviewed by us regularly. This is cosmetic skincare, not medical treatment; painful, cystic or rapidly changing skin is referred to a dermatologist.
