Barrier damage / skin reset
Skin stings, burns, feels tight or darkens with products
Send my photos on WhatsAppNot sure? Take the finderIs this you?
- Tight after washing
- Stings or burns with products
- Reacts to sun or heat
- Pigmentation getting worse despite 'treatment'
- Often after bleaching creams or too many actives
The goal: Calm and repair the barrier for 2–3 weeks, then restart the right scenario one product at a time.
What to expect
- Comfort returns: 5–7 days
- Barrier recovery: 2–3 weeks
- Then one active at a time
How often: Every day for 2–3 weeks. Everything else — including anything bought elsewhere — stops until your skin is comfortable again.
Three jobs. Nothing extra.
The exact products, amounts and days come on your routine card once we have seen your skin — two or three products at Stage 1, never ten.
A gentle, non-foaming wash — or just water for a few days
A barrier balm, morning and night; nothing else on the face
SPF50+ for sensitive skin every morning
How the programme unfolds
We sell routines in stages so you never pay for products your skin is not ready for. Stage 1 always includes sunscreen and the one treatment your skin needs first. Stage 2 comes only after your 7-day check-in. Exact products and the quote come on WhatsApp once we have seen your photos; delivery is paid separately to the rider or courier.
Sunscreen plus the one treatment your skin needs first — with a routine card and exact amounts.
You send a photo and tell us how it feels. We adjust before anything is added.
One new step, only if your skin is ready.
We compare photos side by side and decide together what comes next.
Please don't
- No acids, retinol, vitamin C, scrubs or lightening creams during the reset
- Do not layer a second barrier cream on top
When to see a dermatologist
Skin that is thin, shiny, red or shows visible veins after lightening creams needs a dermatologist, not a routine.
Ready when you are.
Send two or three daylight photos on WhatsApp. We reply with what we see, where we would start, and the quote — no obligation.
Send my photosRoutines follow published dermatology evidence for Fitzpatrick IV–VI skin and are reviewed by us regularly. This is cosmetic skincare, not medical treatment; painful, cystic or rapidly changing skin is referred to a dermatologist.
