How long before I see a change?
Calmer skin in 2–4 weeks; dark marks and pigmentation 8–12 weeks and beyond. Anyone promising faster is bleaching.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. We look at your photos and tell you what we see and where we would start, free. The written routine card with exact amounts and days comes with your Stage 1.
Do I need to buy everything at once?
No. Stage 1 is two to three products. You add one step every 4–6 weeks, and only after we have seen your progress photos.
Are the products genuine?
Yes. Every unit is bought from a licensed German retailer or pharmacy and logged with its receipt, batch and expiry. Ask and we will show you the record for your bottle.
What if my skin is painful or spreading fast?
We will tell you to see a dermatologist and help you find one. We do not sell routines for skin that needs medical care.
I have used a lightening cream before. Can you still help?
Often, yes — but tell us first. It changes what is safe to start with, and the first weeks are usually a reset.
Where do you deliver?
Nairobi by rider (same or next day) and Kenya-wide by courier. Pick-up in Karen by arrangement. Fees are quoted on WhatsApp.
